2D Transfer System for Precise Material Manipulation
Achieve unprecedented accuracy in transferring 2D materials like Graphene, TMDC, hBN with ease and reliability
CRYONANO 2DTS is a fully automated, motorized dry transfer platform engineered for the precise, deterministic assembly of van der Waals heterostructures. It transforms the complex, manual process of stacking atomically thin materials into a reliable, software-guided workflow, enabling researchers to fabricate complex devices such as twisted bilayers, multi-material stacks, and encapsulated structures with sub-micron alignment accuracy and exceptional repeatability.
Designed for both pioneering academic research and advanced semiconductor prototyping, the 2DTS-M2 integrates high-stability mechanics, intelligent motion control, and research-grade optics into a unified, compact system.

User Testimonial
" We have been able to fabricate a lot of 2D hetreostructures with good precision and control using the 2D Transfer System by Cryonano. The fine angle adjustment has also been very helpful in making twisted bilayers of graphene and various other TMDCs. The temperature control is also good and optics is top class.
The visualization of the flakes during the transfer is excellent and hence we are able to fabricate 2D heterostructures with high degree of precision. Recently a journal article has been published in Journal of Applied Physics. 2023;133(11). where Cryonano transfer system was used to make heterostructures"
